Cradle River pollution

  2023/06/09 09h14  Residents for Danielsrust discussing pollution in the Blaauwbank Spruit with Mr. Jaco Mulder Freedom Front Plus MP. There was an enlightening discussion this morning about the specific issues.  Jaco Mulder is seeing a number of pollution issues in the West Rand and hopefully he will be able to put some pressure on the appropriate high level authorities to start to take the issues seriously.  Thanks to those who were able to attend.

  Bergland. 2023/06/07 08:35. Water level about normal.  Visibility staying poor, can’t see bed.  Water has a greyish tint to it.  Strongish rotten smell with an old urine hint in the air. Not much foam present.  A lot of particles in suspension. Gassing taking place.
